Coaching for the whole firm, from people who actually do the work.
You did not go to law school to run a business. The Growth Room puts working operators and marketers in your corner every month, so the parts that actually grow a firm, the hiring, the systems, the numbers, and the marketing, stop being the things that keep you up at night.
The thing holding your firm back was never your lawyering.
You win cases. You take care of clients. The phone rings and you pick it up. Then somewhere between payroll, the intake that keeps leaking good leads, the agency you are not sure is earning its retainer, and the Google rankings nobody at the firm understands, growth stalls. Most coaching programs hand you a mindset framework and an org chart and call that growth. None of it books a single new case if the right people cannot find you, or if your intake drops the ball when they do.
law firm coaches have never built a campaign, set up call tracking, or fixed a Google Business Profile. They coach the business. They cannot coach the marketing.
of every week disappear into work you should be delegating or systematizing, because no one ever showed you how the growth engine actually fits together.
changed the game again. Buyers ask ChatGPT and Gemini for a lawyer before they ever touch Google. Almost no firm has a plan for that yet.
We coach the whole business. We just go deeper on marketing than the rest.
Plenty of coaches will teach you KPIs, hiring, accountability, and quarterly planning, and so do we. But ask most of them to read your Local Service Ads dashboard, tell you why your cost per lead doubled last quarter, or audit the website that is quietly losing you cases, and the room goes quiet. We have run both sides since 2014.
The Growth Room is the only coaching program where the person reviewing your numbers has actually built the thing that produces them. You are getting a practitioner, not a pundit.
Coaching across your whole firm. Plus the marketing part everyone else skips.
Every seat comes with two 1:1 strategy calls a month, a monthly peer roundtable, and a 90-day plan we keep you honest on. Here is what we actually work on together.
Strategy and growth planning
Where the firm is actually going, the few priorities that move revenue, and a 90-day plan we review every quarter so direction does not drift back into whatever lands on your desk that morning.
Hiring, team, and delegation
Build a team that runs the firm without you in every decision. Who to hire next, how to delegate so it actually sticks, and how to keep good people once you have them.
Systems, SOPs, and operations
Intake, case workflows, and the daily machinery that either compounds or quietly bleeds money. Comes with our library of scripts, templates, and SOPs so you are not starting from a blank page.
Cash flow, pricing, and profit
Know your numbers and keep more of them. Pricing, cash flow, and the simple dashboard that tells you whether a busy month was actually a profitable one.
A full marketing teardown in week one
Before your first call, we audit your website, SEO, Google Business Profile, paid ads, and intake. You see exactly where the leaks are and what to fix first.
Campaign reviews on your real data
Bring your CallRail numbers, your ad spend, your lead counts. We read them with you and tell you precisely what to change. Plain answers, not vague encouragement.
The AI search game plan
Getting cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini is the new front page of Google. We show you how to get your firm recommended while competitors still argue about whether it matters.
Tool and stack guidance
Lawmatics, Filevine, Lead Docket, CallRail, Make.com. We tell you what to use, what to skip, and how to wire it together so leads stop falling through the cracks.
Your next client is asking AI for a lawyer right now.
Search did not die. It moved. More buyers open ChatGPT or Gemini before they ever type a query into Google, and they trust the names those tools hand back.
- We map how AI engines describe your practice area and your market today
- We build the content and signals that get your firm named, not buried
- You move first, while the firm across town is still on last year's playbook
We keep the room small, so it has to be right.
This is for you if
- You run a solo practice up to a firm of roughly fifteen people
- You are already getting cases, but growth has flattened out
- You want to own your firm's growth, not just your caseload
- You will actually do the work between calls
This is not for you if
- You want someone to run the ads for you. That is our agency, a separate thing
- You want a guru to hype you up once a week
- You are shopping purely on price
- You are not ready to look honestly at your numbers
One price. No annual lock-in. No surprises.
- Two 1:1 strategy calls a month
- Monthly group roundtable

We keep the room small. Seats are limited, and we only take firms we believe we can help.
What $1,500 a month is really up against.
For most firms, a single new case pays for twelve months of coaching with room to spare. If this helps you sign even one you would have missed, the math is not close.
That is per month, and you still do not learn how any of it works or how to tell whether it is working. Coaching makes you the smartest person in that conversation.
Per year, usually on an annual contract. Same caliber of strategy. A fraction of the price. None of the lock-in, and ours is run by people who do the marketing.
Real campaigns. Real firms. Since 2014.
The Lawyers' Marketer has spent more than a decade inside the business of running law firms, from hiring and intake systems to local SEO to the AI search shift happening right now. We are not career coaches who read a book about it. We do this work every day, for firms that pay us to get it right.
Questions firm owners ask before they apply.
No. We cover the whole business: strategy and growth planning, hiring and team, operations and systems, pricing and cash flow, alongside marketing. The marketing is just the part most coaches cannot actually go deep on, so we lean into it. You get all of it in one seat.
The agency runs your marketing for you. The Growth Room teaches you to run it, oversee it, and know whether it is working. Plenty of members do both, but you do not have to be a client to join, and joining does not obligate you to hire us for anything.
No. It is month to month. Cancel anytime with notice. We would rather earn your seat every month than trap you in an annual deal you regret by month three. That is the opposite of how most programs in this space operate, and it is on purpose.
Yes, if you are already getting cases and want to grow on purpose instead of by accident. Solos often get the most out of it, because every hour and every dollar counts more when there is no one else to absorb a mistake.
Any firm that wins clients through marketing and referrals. It is especially strong for personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and estate planning, because those are the areas where search visibility and intake speed decide who signs the case.
Two 1:1 calls, one group roundtable, plus the work you do between them. Plan on a few focused hours a month. The point is leverage, not adding a second job. If you do nothing with the calls, no program on earth will help you.
Apply anyway. If we do not think we can move the needle for you, we will tell you on the call and point you somewhere more useful. We would rather pass than take a seat we cannot earn back.
Tell us where your firm is stuck.
No long form, no payment now. Email us your firm name, your website, and the single biggest thing holding your growth back. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a short call to make sure. If it is not, we will tell you.
